- Strictly Formal – A new “interview blog” I started. Basically it will b long form interviews with people I think r interesting about the day 2 day grind of making stuff. Updated sporadically so please check back every once in a while.

- “Everybody Else” – I wrote a small intro essay 2 the book “Digital Folklore” about web / vernacular digital culture (aka my fav subject) …highly recommended! Disclaimer: u gotta buy the book 2 read it, but its an awesome book.
- Hp Pen Plotter Hello World (Download) – A perl file which generates a Hewlet Packard Graphics Language file consisting of lines drawn between 0 & 100 random points. Originally programmed as a “Hello World” file in order to test my HP7475A pen plotter.

- “What a Misunderstanding!” – New Yorker “Caption This Cartoon” contest always captioned with the phrase “What a misunderstanding!”. Updated every week automatically by a cron job script Monday at 1pm EST FYI, … unless the New Yorker is on a double issue. Source code here. pps – The first (ish) iteration of this idea was as part of Dexter Sinister’s great series of newspapers The First/Last Newspaper.

- Video Painting – Stills from a 2 hour video improvisation I made on a bunch of stuff I had lying around.
- Golden Ticket – Commissioned project I did for the Frieze Art Fair. To make a long story short, basically I had Frieze send candy bars to all the galleries that were unsuccessful in their application to the fair. One random candy bar had a golden ticket inside and this gallery got a free booth to the fair.
- The Bruce Springsteen Born to Run Glockenspiel Addendum Live – The world premiere of the complete 43 minute composition. Special thanks to Light Industry for hosting the event.

- A Couple Thousand Short Films About Glenn Gould (book) – A book made with Dexter Sinister to accompany a video I made of the same name…it features essays by Dexter Sinister, Paul Morley, Steven Bode, a conversation with me and Michael Conner …oh yeah, and the whole thing was type set in Latex. Highly recommended. Ps – there are still some available, click link to purchase.
- Splash Page – This is an actual “splash page” I made for this site, which after being up for only a few days drove my web traffic down to almost zero,…probably my proudest and stupidest web moment at the same time. If I was as hard-core as I pretend I am, this would still be my index.html
- On C (Download) – A pdf explanation of why Jpegs look the way they do. This kinda document is pretty common in computer science departments although this one is kinda more for “noobs” as I show the math in greater detail. Possibly of note is it being republished as a one page Jpg of itself on the Frieze website.

- Colors Personal Edition – OSX application used for playing quicktime movies one horizontal line at a time (aka slit scan). In a rare alignment of my lack of imagination & my quest for the lowest common denominator I used it to play the the movie “Colors” (which became an “artwork” of mine) but you can use it to play whatever you want……….
- Sweet 16 – Phasing video I made using the intro to Sweet Child O’ Mine.
- Bennie and the Jets (Download) – Composition I wrote for piano. Ps – I don’t have a good recording of this yet, if you wanna record it, get at me over email, and we will work something out.

- Paris Hilton vs. Macaulay Culkin – Back in the day, I would sometimes make stupid gifs and post them to my site in order for them to get copy and pasted around the net. At the time I thought this was the future of art, … its turns out it wasn’t but the way everything else went…….
